Lead Times

How long before items get shipped. If you really need something before a specific date, leave a message in your order.

M-Triggers & 3D Printing

All M-Triggers and 3D prints are made to order with a standard lead time of 3-7 business days.

Electronics

Orders of only mosfets or supplies will ship next business day.

USPS First Class (3-5 days) - $5

USPS Priority (2-3 days) - $10

USPS Priority Express (1-2 days) - $30

USPS First Class (2-4 weeks) - $19

USPS Priority (1-2 weeks) - $49

USPS Priority Express (3-5 days) - $75

We can ship to all countries, but note that severe shipping delays are common during Covid. Customers are responsible for import fees and taxes. We cannot mark as gifts or underdeclare values.

Delayed/Lost Packages

Packages in transit for more than 40 days may be declared as lost and a replacement will be sent free of charge. Packages marked as Delivered through the tracking are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be replaced.

Warranty, Returns, & Refunds

On SR Airsoft Products:

• For M-Trigger issues, please contact us for help. In the case of part failure or defects, replacement parts are free with the customer paying for shipping costs. Mosfet issues should be handled through Gate or Perun.

• 3D prints are made specifically for you. SR Airsoft cannot guarantee fit or function. No returns or refunds unless it is a printing quality defect.

On Electronics:

• Unopened and undamaged products can be returned for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Defective electronics products must be handled through the respective manufacturer’s warranty form.

Refunds

• Any refunds will only cover the price paid for the product, not for shipping costs.
