1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, storefront, digital content, design services, 3D printing services, and any products or communications provided by Shadow Regime Airsoft (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Who We Are

Shadow Regime Airsoft is a small, independently operated business based in Indiana, USA. We design and manufacture premium 3D‑printed airsoft components, offer custom design and printing services, produce digital content, and sell related merchandise. We are proud sponsors of Blast Camp Paintball and Airsoft.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or use paid services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders, Products, and Services

a. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images. Due to the nature of 3D printing, colors, textures, tolerances, and finishes may vary slightly. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.

b. Custom and 3D‑Printed Items

Custom and made‑to‑order items begin production shortly after purchase. Once production begins, orders may not be cancelable. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your equipment; we may advise when possible, but final responsibility rests with you.

c. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping fees, and import duties may apply. Payment is required at checkout using accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

d. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product errors, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or inability to verify information. If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

a. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or loss/damage occurring after the package is transferred to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.

b. International Orders

You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. Some items may not be eligible for export; we may refuse international shipments that violate laws or carrier restrictions.

c. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many products, returns are limited.

  • Eligible returns: Non‑custom, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees.

  • Not eligible: Custom or made‑to‑order items, opened electronics, modified items, and items damaged through misuse. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us promptly. We will evaluate and may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

6. Warranty and Disclaimers

a. Limited Warranty

Products we manufacture include a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified at purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, modification, or external damage.

b. Compatibility Disclaimer

Airsoft platforms vary widely. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all replicas, aftermarket parts, or user modifications. You are responsible for verifying fitment and safe installation.

c. No Legal or Safety Advice

Our products and content are intended for recreational airsoft use only. We do not certify equipment for field safety, legal compliance, or regulatory approval. Always follow local laws, field rules, and safety guidelines.

d. General Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
